Does my dog need to be vaccinated?

Yes, we require dogs to be up to date with C5 or equivalent vaccinations for everyone’s safety.

What if my dog has fleas?

If fleas are found, flea treatment will be applied and a flea surcharge will be added. Severe infestations may require rescheduling.

How long does a groom take?

Most grooms take around 1.5–3 hours depending on the dog’s size, coat type, condition, and behaviour.

What’s included in a Tidy Groom?

Warm bath & blow dry, brushing, ear clean & nail clip, hygiene clip (sanitary areas), paw pad tidy, and a basic face tidy (eyes & mouth only, no styling).

What’s included in a Full Groom?

Everything in a Tidy Groom, plus full body clipper cut (one length all over), tail & face tidied for neat finish (basic, not styled).

What happens if my dog has knots or mats?

Will my dog look perfect after every groom?

Grooming results depend on coat condition, behaviour, and health. For matted or senior dogs, the finish may be more practical and neat, with comfort as the priority.

What if my dog is aggressive or very anxious?

Safety comes first. If your dog cannot be safely groomed, we may stop the session. A handling fee may apply in some cases.

What if I cancel late or don’t show up?

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee ($20–30).

What happens in case of emergency?

If a medical emergency occurs during grooming, we will seek immediate veterinary care. Costs will be the responsibility of the owner.
